"Update! We had our sump pump fail and I had to file a claim. Everyone was so helpful. When I was given the first estimate of $24,000. Brian helped me understand the cost breakdown. He acted like a therapist and talked to me until all my questions were answered. Plumbing is not his job, but he explained to me all that the plumber needed to do to fix the whole problem. One endorsement that we have covers the sewer pipe underneath our driveway being replaced. They paid a different amount for replacing the pipe depending on the age of the pipe. Anything over 50 years was the lower amount. The plumber told me the pipe could have been replaced in 1974. I called Brian excited that it was just under 50 years old. Brian didn’t laugh at me for my terrible math skills. He let me figure it out and was kind to me in my disappointment. I was able to text with Brian and the adjusters during the whole process. State Farm was quick to process my claim and get the payment out to me so I could get everything fixed quickly. Great job, State Farm!!!! I enjoy working with Brian and Rebecca. They are an awesome team! I like that I can text with them. I also enjoy doing business with them over the phone. They are friendly, informative and they know insurance."
